About us
Crystalia is a medical centre dedicated exclusively to laser regeneration of the skin and tissue — we combine clinical experience, the physics of laser energy, histology and skin biology in our medical protocols that genuinely change the quality and architecture of damaged skin.
Instead of the classic approach of "erasing" imperfections, at Crystalia we start from the question of what is happening in the dermis: what the collagen network looks like, how the scar has matured, where the skin has lost elasticity. Based on these answers, we choose the type of laser, wavelength, depth and pulse density. This is how we create personalised regeneration protocols, not generic treatments.
Our focus is: scar treatment (acne, surgical, traumatic, stretch marks) and regeneration of skin texture and quality (wrinkles, unevenness, pores, fine lines, discolourations — skin ageing).
We perform only medical laser procedures, with constant monitoring of the scientific literature and advances in treatment types. We track long-term results through photography, documentation and long-term patient follow-up.
Crystalia is one of the centres of Poliklinika Kranjčec in Zadar, created as a specialised department dedicated to laser skin and scar regeneration. Within the same institution, patients have access to complete medical care — from specialist examinations and diagnostics to advanced laser protocols — enabling continuity of treatment, safety and a shared medical standard.

Once a month we hold a day of free consultations at Crystalia. All patients registered for consultations that day receive:
We analyse your skin, the type of scar or other concerns with a detailed history of past conditions.
We digitally measure the texture, pigmentation, redness and structure of the skin to see what is often invisible to the eye.
You receive a clear, structured plan — the number of treatments, intervals, realistic expectations and the long-term goal.
